  This lady, Sue, was unprofessional, she showed up at my appraisal over 1 hour late without calling, I had to contact her to see if she was still scheduled. I was late for work waiting on her, I couldn't be present for the appraisal. She did a shoddy job on the appraisal, taking unprofessional pictures of my house through the trampoline net and trees, pictures of my furniture instead of the vaulted ceilings, granite counters and all the other features that would increase the value of a home for sale,. Dark picture of the sun coming through the entrance. Comps were not even close in comparison to my house. She took comps from very small towns miles away, and houses built in the 70s in less desirable neighborhoods. She didn't match the address of a Comp with the picure she copied and pasted into the form, nor did the price and description match the address that was for sale, there was a 50k difference in the price of the pictured house and the address of the house. The lady does not know the difference of vinyl siding and wood siding. She put vinyl, ours is wood. Appraisals need to be accurate, not just thrown together. Homeowners and banks are paying for creditable information. This ladies gross negligence on reporting inaccurate information can cost people a loan. I would not recommend using her services.
